Born in Ohio in 1943, raised in southeastern Pennsylvania. I joined the Navy in high school and transferred to the Marine Corps in College. Married my college fraternity sweetheart, trained to fly helicopters, went to Vietnam and retired as a colonel from a 35+ year career in Marine Corps aviation in 1996. We now live in Vista, California. I currently teach high school mathematics and science.
We enjoy gardening and astronomical observation. |

| I trained in the sciences and have run Seti@home since 1999, to help in a worthwhile project. I am convinced we are not alone in the universe and I want to assist any worthwhile effort to help in gathering evidence. |
