Profile: Martin J. Molohon

Personal background
I am a true believer in extraterrestrial intelligence. When my wife and I were first married, we were coming home from a visit to her mother. We lived near the power station in Louisville, Ky. When our car crested the hill we both saw a light zig zag a couple of times over the station and then shoot off into space with such speed it could not have been anything like a jet or even a rocket. It moved like a shooting star in reverse. I am familiar with magnetic repulsion theory, and I feel it was something like this.
I have never been one to doubt my eyes, but my wife and I both saw it and we both looked at one another and said the same thing- "Did you see that?"
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
To do my part in the search. But I also feel that we have not been contacted for a reason- they must have a good reason. Personally, I think we are too primative. A wise man would not cast pearls before swine.
