I live near Tupelo, Mississippi. I'm a full time college student (going for PhD. in BS) I'm also a Reserve Police Officer for Tupelo Police Department.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have some doubts as to life elsewhere on the level of Humans.
Finding it would be bad because some idiots would decide we need to destroy it.
We may as well send Messages for others to find with all necessary information to find us, and maybe by the time they do we'll have grown up and won't destroy on contact.
Otherwise, the project seems interesting.
