I am a database developer for AT&T. I work have worked with Access and MS SQL Server. I am now learnning Oracle.
I am a senior at Metro State College of Denver studying Computer Informaton Systems.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that life exists somewhere out there purely for statistical reasons. ie: infinite space = infinite possibilities.
I think it will be very difficult for us to contact ETs because of the great distances involved but, what the heck.
I run it just because I am into data and numbers. It is a geek thing, I like to see my units processed rise. I just want to see how many places I can move up the list.
