There is no way that in the total billions of stars and time that we are the only life forms in the Cosmos. The Human Race must be part of a larger Family of beings.
I really don't know if we are ready for contact as a planet. Just look at us, would you really want to come visit a world that is always fighting? Talk about disfunctional!
I run SETI because I would like to know if my beliefs are true before I pass from this world, so I put my little computer in to assist.
