| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

It should be quite clear to any semi-intelligent life that
other intelligent life exists. It's only a matter of time
before our civilization discovers another. How soon that
occurs is unclear. Sending a beacon is obviously the best
chance of making contact - I support this kind of endeavour.
SETI@home is a great idea - I think everyone who runs it should
talk about it and encourage others to join. |
