Profile: CHRISTOPHER J. HURLEY

Personal background
I suppose this space is to be used to explain myself; to define "me."I somehow feel that trying to condense one billion-nine million-one hundred and fifty-two thousand seconds of life into an informal essay comprised of no more than two thousand words could not define "me." That the world's libraries are full of books that have tried in theory and in fact and in fiction to somehow justify or simplify or antagonize this male existence I lead should show the trivialty of what is proposed here in this space. I suppose that for all my schooling and experience in paramedical knowledge received from all those gruelling days at the University of Cincinnati or the long nights spent reading books and engaging in plays with my seven year old daughter would have prepared me for this task before me. Alas, I find that without meeting me and walking with me for a brief time conversing on topics gleamed from The Discovery Channel or the Cartoon Network that a person may miss every really knowing "me." So instead I'll browse my extensive paperback and comic book library or throw SOCOM into my PS2 and kiss my girlfriend goodnight as I finish writing this and state "Me I am no one really...but what I do here will be remembered and talked about long after I am gone."
