Personal background

Well... Where should I start...
=)

I suppose I should go into my current SETI life (since my
history is too long to put in here... Charachter limit and all ^_^). I am still
crunching on the same machine that I signed up on (a Celeron 466), and am
earnesty wanting an upgrade or a whole new computer. I also have my best friend
crunching for me actively on his Pentium 4. It really sucks to see him
completing WUs in the 3-4 hour range, while I struggle along with an average 18
hour WU. LOL! You can check out my personal stats right
here.

Although I myself am not an overclocker, I run the CLC
(command-line client) and crunch for the Overclockers.com SETI team (
www.overclockers.com Seti Team). The team is loads of fun, and is the most active I have
participated in. We have daily individual stats, weekly individual stats, a
challenge graph, and a forum full of people willing to help you with any
problems you have! Currently, we are trying to pass the AMDMB Killer
Frogs and need all the help we can get. Free frog legs if you want them!
^_^

By the way... In case you were wondering, my username
Puffy is in refrence to the Pokemon (Pocket Monsters) charachter Jigglypuff.
Down with team twerp and long live Team Rocket (go Rocket Dan!)
=)

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My oppinions... Well, if you were to ask me (which you are!), I would have to say that ET probably does exist somewhere. There is so much space that it would be a shame for nothing else to inhabit it. How and when will we discover it? Dunno, but my guess is that it will be probably after I'm dead and gone =)
