| I live in a small town in central Arkansas. I've been living here in Arkansas for 20 years now, I am currently working as a Consultant for a small firm out of Virgina. I love fishing and hunting when I can get the chance to do it. Here latley I've been messing around with some wood working building thing for my 2 girls. I have always had an intrest in the stars for as long as I can remember. Here latley as soon as time and money permits I would love to get a good telescope so I could get my girls involved in it. |

My opion on wether life exists some place else, Yes I do believe it. Will we find it in my life time, who knows. I do like to think that we will. I just can not believe out of all the other places out there that we are the only life in the univers. Now will the other life be like us, who knows.
I do believe that when we make contact, that it will be with a life form that is more advanced that us and that we would be able to learn much from them. Now in that also lies the dangers that this life form might be hostile, and in that case we could be opening up a pandoras box. But I believe that the benifits outweigh the dangers.
This is the only way that I believe that I will be able to make the trip to the stars. This is something that I would love to do, but I know this will not be possible in my life time. Or I will not be able to afford it that is for sure. Plus this is the only way that I can help in the search for life besides here on this planet since the goverenment has stop funding SETI. |
