| I'm 19. I quite college for the time being and I now work at Circuit City. Most of my time is spent working (10-12 hour days, most often), with my girlfriend, or sleeping. I'm a computer geek and put together computers for other people for some extra cash. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

For anyone who says that there cannot be life besides that which is already present on earth needs to pull their heads out of their rears and see the daylight. How could there not be? We may have been visited, we may not have been. I have no way of telling, but I do know that there is no way that we are completly alone in the universe.
All I want is to help in the persuit of the knowledge that we are not alone. It will be quite a sit down with popcorn for me to see all the religious headlines about how the world is coming to an end, or whatever they will say about a proven ETI.
I like SETI@Home. I've been a member on and off for over 3 years. I now will hopefully have 2 clients running at almost all times. One on an Athlon XP 2100 and one on a Celeron 1800 (ew). |
