I run SETI@home because I believe some day we will discover a transmission, and this project is currently the best way to search for it. My spare cycles could be put to a different use, but I think that a better one doesn't exist at the moment. At least for me it doesn't
BOINC is much much more efficient than the original design was. No more serious redundency. |
