I'm a 21 year old student from Belgium. Studied economics for 2 years at the university, but because certain professors weren't that clever, I quit it and started with Computer Sciences.
My background isn't that easy ... my interests are widespread. I was a competition swimmer for over 11 years, am a graduate saxophone player, and was already Shodan (or black belt) in full-contact Kyokushinkai Karate at 15, making me one of the youngest in Europe ever who got it so early, but believe me, it took hard work ... | Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

- I do believe in ET life, cause if one could only imagine the immense proportions of our universe, it's hard to say otherwise. If they are intelligent, they won't come and say hi though, cause Earth is full with a bunch or self-egotistic m*r*ns, and while some ppl are pure of heart, most off them could care less and would rather go on killing and backstabbing eachother.
- I haven't seen any UFO's though, and I don't believe they have ever been here, or not in the amount some ppl say. Why can't some ppl just admit that it was a plane they saw, or why does everyone believe 1 person while the goverment of the U.S. has probably far more booboo's on their cv than most ppl think. Not only the U.S. of course, but it takes certain resources to cover up something.
- Humans should definitally transmit stuff into outer space, but we should rather be sending ourselves out there. Those who say that manned space travelling is to expensive and the ISS was 1 giant mistake, probably don't know that large amounts of medical results for instance are linked to research in space. Many ppl just don't know that cause it are the companies on the ground who get the honors, not NASA or ESA ... besides, if it wasn't for the Dark Ages we would all be greeting aliens by now. |
