| I Live in Britain, and have just started a new occupation after completing training which is Sales Assistant. I can't really get my head round it!! Astronomy is my much loved hobby and has been since I was seven years old, now I have been interested in it for a while, I know it is going to be a life-long hobby!!! This is my main reason for joining the Search (for) Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence, and downlading the screensaver. I plan to buy one of the Meade LX series telescopes sometime this year, and, as I can't find anything with the screensaver, might as well use the 'scope instead!!!! |

| I DO think there is life somewhere out there. It is just like a 'Target'. We have the ammo, (Arecibo), all we need is the location of the target. (In other words, ET himself. I run the program on my PC typically because this is associated with my much-loved hobby, as I explained in the other topic. One suggestion might be to have multiple dishes, not just Arecibo, to use for the search. |
