Personal background
I from Sangiustino, a little village, located at the boundary between Umbria and Toscana (center of Italy).
I'm 27 and I was born on 1980 February 14th.

I'm a PhD Student in Physics at Nuclear and Theoretical Physics Department in Pavia University - Italy . I taken my Master Degree in Nuclear and Sub-Nuclear Physics at Perugia University.
During Fall semester 2007 I'll be Graduate Student at Physics Depatment in Purdue University, West Lafayette IN (USA).
In 2006 I worked in CMS RPC detectors tests and commissioning for Magnetic Test Cosmic Challenge (July-November, SX5 Cessy - France/Switzerland border) and I make control software.
Actually I'm working on tracks reconstruction for the same experiment, CMS experiment, at Large Hadron Collider - CERN Geneve.

I'm interested, for hobby (at now), in High Energy Astrophysics and Cosmology.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I'm running SETI@home because I think that it's an important scientific program. The idea that exists life out of Solar Sistem is an intriguing subject for me. I hope to be useful....

I'm sure that SETI or similar projects will be fundamental for all the human race in the near future.
