Personal background
I'm a 21 yr old student reading neuroscience at Sussex University, Brighton UK.
I’m now in my second year and finding it very interesting.

I've built this stupendously powerful PC for the purpose of playing half life 2 when it came out. But that seems not to ever be happening so I thought what else useful can I put 3GHZ and a Gig of ram to. So I though I’d help SETI.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Does life exist. I'd like to think so. I mean come on, space is pretty big on any scale. It to me seems more likelt that there would be life rather than us being the only beings in the universe.

Yes i think we should transmit data. I think that this would be s a sign of trust.

what are the posible dangers of meeting new inteligent life? The danger is with us. I thknk that humans are somtimes to violent and blinded by thier goals and we dont stop to see what we are doing. I tink there would be some people who on seeing new life would not marvel at it, but would wish to kill it and chop it up. Well such as humans are.
