Personal background
.

I am a 1980 graduate of Purdue University's School of Science. Currently employed by a consumer products manufacturer as a scientist, I spend my leisure time tinkering with computers, electronics, amateur radio, and astronomy. So SETI@home is a perfect fit for my unused CPUs :)

Finding life out there is not going to be easy, but I believe that all of our participation in this project will help increase our chances.

So keep up the good work team and Hail Purdue!

Cheers,
Phil, KG8AP
