| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. i suspect that there other life forms, civilizations out there somewhere, Earth cannot be that unique. i believe, through projects such as SETI, extraterrestrial life will be discovered before 2021. possible benefits are boundless, as are the possible dangers but we surely just can't live out our lives on this big blue marble and ignore the vast cosmos.
2. transmission information will need to include, foremost, that we are peaceful. and should include our planet and solar systems position.
3. running the SETI@home is just my little contribution to help out. |
