I really hope that there is intellegent life somewhere in this universe, else I think it would be a very big waste of space. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1) Yes I do think that extraterrestrial life does exists, and I believe that we have already discovered it, but the people that control us and the information we are allowed to view have covered and hidden this information, and put out lots of incorrect information to lead people in the worng direction away from the truth.
2) I do believe we should transmit a beacon out so that others can find us. We should be sending all our forms of comunication from simple mathematics through to the most complicated spoken languages we have.
3) I am running SETI@home for several reasons, one is just to donate the spare CPU cycles on my machine to something I think is worth while, the other is I hope that we are able to make contact with life outside of our own limited knowledge. |
