The earth is a pane.
The Earth is the center of the universe.
The Human Being will never be able to fly.
The people had these prejudices in the Middle Ages. Contemporary prejudices are not better.
There is no intelligent life outside earth.
However, it is only a matter of time, until the opposite is proved.
I achieve my contribution for this project because I am convinced of the success.
I run seti due to the scientific benefits of mapping the sky in radio wave. I hope and believe that the information gleaned from all of seti's work will be used for more than searching for extra-terrestrials. How many quasars, black holes, or pulsars can be found with this research while still maintaining the primary goal of searching for radio signals from other civilizations? |
