I think the SETI@home project is ridiculous and fruitless. I also dislike that the project leaders never apologized personally for the break-in to my and 2500 other contributor's account data.
You want to do something important? Go to http://genomeathome.stanford.edu or http://foldingathome.stanford.edu. If it weren't for the fact I'm using Macs, I wouldn't be running Seti at all.
