1. yes of course. In time.. probably in the next 25 years. Benefits - philosophical expansion - dangers - we might get eaten. 2 I'd look for thier becons first and if found, then deal with directing our beacon toward them. 3. I'd like to know within my lifetime if there is life in other places in this universe. Great project!!
