Profile: Andrew Purdam

Personal background
Live in Hall, near Canberra, Australia.

I've been fiddling with computers for over 20 years.

Keen bushwalker (hiker) and musician (multi-disciplinary performances).

(Check http://www.pcug.org.au/~apurdam if you are really interested.)

I'm back at seti@home for one computer 'cos it can't do the large workunits in the cancer research projects.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Given the size of the universe (and I mean big), it's quite possible that we are not the only things alive in it. I just hope they're not like the dudes in Mars Attacks!
