I am 39, a technical consultant (IT), from Inverness-shire in the Scottish Highlands, but currently living in South Lanarkshire.
My hobbies are astronomy, angling, horticulture, ornithology, keeping tropical fish and reading. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
I run SETI@home because it is a good way for amateurs to contribute to the exploration of the universe (I'm not a good enough astronomer yet)!
I am committed to the project, even through the frustrations of the BOINC migration, and continue to be, notwithstanding the recent outages and slowdowns.
