Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am certain life must exist elsewhere. In all probability it is too far for us to be able to establish physical contact in the foreseeable future (at least not with current technology) but I hope we detect evidence of such life (the signal we are all looking for!) during my lifetime. Being a part of this effort --even if a small part-- is a privilege.
