| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run SETI@home because it has to be done. I believe our world environment desensitize us to the universe at large. When I saw the first episode of "The Outer Limits: The Galaxy Being", I came to believe in life elsewhere, and as said in "Contact", written by Carl Sagan (Whom I had the great honor to hear one of his passionate lectures about SETI): Without other life in the universe, It's a lot of wasted space!".
The SETI project is great! I've been a member for 16 years and a charter member to "The Planetary Society". |
