Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think we will find out, through the Seti program, that other universes are actualy our own in a different time period and that these other universes are results of different paths chosen or taken by the celestial bodies(or their creatures) in the sky.
If we find a signal from another universe I think it will be some kind of distress call from ourselves.
