HI WORLD!
This is my seti@home profile!
I run seti@home all the time, unless i'm playing a game or burning a CD. For the most part, my computer is on all the time unless i go away or I just want to give it a little break!
It is currently a Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz with 768 MB of PC800 Rambus memory
It will currently finish a work unit in around 4 hours.
most of my processing was done with my previous CPU which was a P4 1.5 GHZ with 256 MB PC800. At that time, it took about 7 - 7.5 hours per workunit
Now aout me! I'm 21 years old (as of TODAY! YIPPEE!) and going to the Pennsylvania College of Technology for Data Communications. I'm into COMPUTERS and DVD. Some of my favorite DVDs i have about extra terrestrial life are -
Alien/Aliens/Alien3/Alien Res

Dark City
E.T. (DUH!)
Final Fantasy (the first 15 minutes of it anyway)

| I REALLY agree with what Jodie Foster says at the end of Contact. I hope that if we make contact with extra terrestrial life, maybe then people on earth will realize how precious we really all are. Maybe then people will stop butchering each other in the name of some god. |
