I'm probably as right-wing as a person can be and still appreciate "big science". I enjoy the shooting sports, dark beer, and fixing cars.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I suppose I'm like Fox Mulder; I want to believe. Does life exist elsewhere in the universe? I think its impossible for it not to. If we've been visited, or are being observed, no one has ever shown me convincing evidence.
If there is intelligent life out there, at least in our galactic neighborhood, they may be trying to talk to us. Maybe SETI will someday find that needle in the haystack. |
