Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do believe that there are others out there some where. there are too many galaxies for ours to be the only one with life. The benefits of discovering that other life is the advanced technology that we can share. Perhaps they will be the supperior race or perhaps we will be. No one ever thinks that we could be the supperior race between two planets of life.
If we are going to send transmitions they should be in form of audible sounds and or math, no spoken words.
I run seti@home because I believe that some day we will make contact with someone. maybe not in this lifetime, but eventually.
