I am 30 something years old from Kansas City, MO. I am the Manager of the Information Systems and Marketing departments for a small direct mail company that has been in business for just over 30 years.
My main activities are my family and my work, in that order. I coach softball for a break from my normal activities and work on my "money pit" of a house.
As a hobby, I just try to keep up with all the latest software and hardware trends.

I run Seti@home because of my interest in technology and science.
All individuals are alloted there choice of free will throughout their lifetime, so if they choose to think and believe in a life beyond their own, I would encourage it. It is hard for me, personally, to believe that we are the only ones with intelligent life.
At one time, the world was thought to be flat, but it is not. At one time, the earth was thought to be the center of the universe, but it is not. Science has proven otherwise. So it would be ridiculous for me to believe that we are the only ones.
I have enjoyed working on this classic seti, trodding through over 20,000 units, and I have switched over to BOINC seti and hope to continue cranking through units to help further the study of this project. |
