I know seti many years now. As it can be seen I am one of the old members (2002) and I used to be an even older member with another account I used to posses in the past.
I live in Greece - Athens also known as the cultural and enlightment city of the world. Its really nice here.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I run seti@home cause I believe I help mankind this way. As armstrong said ... Thats one small step for man one great for mankind. I adopt this in my position.
I regret I was away from seti for a long time ....
2. I believe the project can bet much better. First of all the website needs improvment for sure. Secondly the graphic representation of boinc is bad. The old one had a great one and would cause cpu to work much less in order to render the graphics. You know how many thousands of hours we loose by using boincs graphic representation ? Do we want to do some work or see some floating bad a** graphics ???
3. Boinc need to get much better. For example its settings and customization is extremely poor. Extremely ....
Some of the mods should be integrated in the default install of boinc. If its not 9 mbyte its gonna be 13 ... Big deal ... a few secs or mins more to download it but a far better programm in the default install !!!
