I'm a 30-something UNIX system administrator and team leader. My one true hobby is playing first-person shooters a close second deals more specifically with the building, tweaking, and upgrading of my six systems and my home network:)
I've been branching out into webpage creation the last several years! It started as a way to take my mind off a car accident I was in, then as a way to show off my god-daughter, and today my website is how I stay connected with family near and far and show off my lil'girl:)
My secondary hobby has allowed me to use from 1-4 systems to provide data analysis for SETI@Home on a 7x24 basis:)

I found the SETI@Home project during one of my accident related "vacations" and it sounded interesting! I try to have at least one system crunching data 7x24 and have at times put 2-4 systems to the task;-)
I think every one involved, whether they be individualists or team players, believes that we can't be alone in the universe and it's AWSOME that so many people from some many backgrounds have come together to work toward the common goal of helping to find other sentient life!!!
