I am a programming and security administrator of networks who likes to prevent crackers from entering networks. I have met a lot of interesting people in my career including Lord Viper who directed me to this place on the net. I have been here most of my adult life and just recently retired from being one of Uncle Sams Misguided Children. I enjoy programming and the interesting people I meet. Semper Fi!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Looking at the stars every night here in beautiful Alaska and seeing Aurora Borealis, one has to believe that there with all of this space there has to be other beings not just us in the universe and beyond. I believe that it will be soon that other life will be found and when it is we need to treat them as we would want to be treated and not take hostility as the way to force them away.
