Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I believe that both extraterrestrial life exists AND God exists. Science has provided the best evidence of the existence of God: Matter (energy) can neither be created nor destroyed. There is light matter and dark matter, just as there is good and evil. When we die, we either exist with God (light matter) or we exist apart from God (dark matter). However, we are neither created nor destroyed. This also adds to the explaination of where we go when we die. Energy leaves our bodies. This has been proven by a sudden loss in weight at the time of death.

2. yes, I believe we should send a beacon. However, it is not logical to send an RF signal. Light is the universal medium best seen in the universe. I believe a modulated beam should be sent instead. Both a pulsed light beam and a modulated CW beam. This would be a better thing to search for, also.

3. Yes, I run SETI@home. I believe that the government is not funding enough help. This is a worthwhile project that should involve everyone because it ultimate will involve everyone if life exists and is located.
