| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| SETI rocks. If there is ETI out there, and there probably is, the probability of us finding it is just about nil, especially with our limited technology and the lack of research in this area. After all, if you don't look for something, you're not going to find it. It's probably just as well, because the way our world is going, meeting an alien race would probably result in disaster. Personally, if we ever do locate intelligent life, I'd like to have been a part of the effort. |
