| I am 31 years old and live in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. Also known as the Valley of the Sun. I love it here. If you can deal with the heat of the summertime (110-120F) the weather is absolutely perfect for the rest of the year. (And there's no natural disasters: Tornados, hurricanes, and you dont' have to worry about the ground moving under your feet...grin) I'm a bit of a computer geek (aren't most of us? grin) I enjoy reading science fiction/fantasy (Ben Bova rules!!) and I'm also love to watch and go to football games (American style..grin) I also have two cats: Buh-dee (buddy a la Pauly Shore) and Angel...they continue to keep me on my toes. |

| I'm a big fan of S.E.T.I. I think that it's really closed-minded of us to think that in the vastness of space that we're the only ones out there. I'm sure that we're more advanced than some, but our technology is eons behind others. Think of what we've done in the last hundred years: cars, airplanes, space travel, computers, etc. Imagine what races that have started the industrial revolution hundreds or even thousands of years before us have achieved. With S.E.T.I. we are doing what we can at our level of technology to contact these races and hopefully learn and share ideas and knowledge that will make everyone better off. |
