| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
1. Is a good question. I sure would be a BIG waste of space if we are the only
life forms. So, yes there is life out there.
when? how did we learn to read?? we will find the answers when learn to
"Hear the Song".
Dangers: They think we are a waste of fleash and this planet would be a better
place with us gone... benefits: world peace, high learning, the list is endless
2. Yes, for at start "Hello", second, Prime numbers, and math equ., then a way
to talk back to us... oh also that those other trasmissions are just TV/Radio,
and we hope to be better than this.
3. Why, What to show the world that we can work toward a common goal, and not let
reilgon, race, color, sex, you name it get in the way.
Views: best darn money spent in years...
Suggestions: pressing a key will display the % done in the "Windoze" command
line version. News letter sent out Qtr. on the strange things found so far.
Thanks very much for the project and letting me share some of my computer time.
Keep up the "Good Fight" , and remember, "They are out there, we have not heard
the SONG yet".
