Hi there. I am 37 y.o., from Naples, in the south of Italy.
I found the web address for this Setiathome project on an italian magazine, and since I believe in the existence of extraterrestrial civilities, I thought it was a great chance for me to contribute to the search.
I work as a consultant in the field of international trade and commerce, love to spend time playng with my children, love computers and music and to travel. I believe that mountains are magic places where i can recharge my soul's batteries... ;-)

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I strongly believe that extraterrestrial life exists, and humans will discover it as soon as they'll open their eyes. The possible dangers are the same we encounter when we meet someone never met before. The possible benefits are to enlarge our neighborhood, which is anyway a good thing, don't you think so?
2. Humans should transmit a beacon, but simply to have a receipt of the transmission. I believe the extraterrestrials have already located us others in the past. Well, the informations... please avoid to tell them about my mother in law... hehehe
3. I am proud to contribute to the project. It attracts me in his simple structure but at the same time very complex, and think it's a great idea. |
