I am a registered nurse and work as a supervisor at our local medical center in Lewiston Idaho.
My husband and I enjoy watching programs and reading material about space exploration and the search for life, both fact and fiction.
I have always been interested in the exploration of space and the potential for life on other worlds. I can remember as a child how thrilling it was to actually see the first step on the moon broadcast live in Black and white on National TV, I hope I'm still around to see that first step on the surface of Mars!!

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I firmly believe that other life exists somewhere on one of the countless billions of other planets in our universe. There is probably little chance that we will ever find or be found by some other intelligent life. But who knows?
I am thrilled to be a small part of this ambitious project and hope that someone actually gets a "hit".
