Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
As Monty Python said ‘Pray that there’s intelligent life somewhere out in Space cause there’s bugger all down here on Earth’ we have to stretch ourselves to forget about hatred and fighting. I’m sure there are intelligent beings out there and they know about us. The only reason why they didn’t get in touch with us is we are to immature in the big scale.
Let’s face it. Our governments would brutally take any advantage in technology to get power. They would not only try to control us but also the source of the alien knowledge.
One day after we stopped killing eachother we might get the opportunity to meet them if its not to late for us.
I’m participating in SETI with the hope to find some intelligence that scares the living daylight out of our leaders and forces them to stop the bullshit and make peace on Earth.
