Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think it's fascinating that we could have discovered ETI already, but just haven't processed the data yet. I got a gaming computer that has a lot of computing power that's being wasted when I'm just browsing the internet or watching Netflix, so I figured I'd use it for SETI@home.
