I think believing that out of the billions and billions of possible planets in the universe, ours is the only one to have evolved life is a little concieted.
"When and how will humans discover it? What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery?"
I do not have the information to even hazard a guess at those questions.
I think we should do whatever we can to improve the odds of such a discovery.
I run SETI@home because I, myself, want to know. I think everyone should run it. |
