Personal background
What can I say I am a middle aged American that has a computer with plenty of downtime and extra cpu cycles. So I figured I'd donate them to a worthy cause.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I find Seti@home intriguing. I am so glad that SETI found a way to bring so many different people into their project. While I don't know if SETI will be successful, I do know their efforts are worthwhile and I am happy to donate cpu cycles to help move things along.
