Negligible, yet still measurable? The effect is still there I presume even though extremely small. Would it ever be possible to directly measure the local expansion of spacetime? Perhaps with the next generation of space-based laser interferometers?

I just asked here because I figured with the higher visibility with Seti@home I was more likely to receive an answer. So thank you for the answer and I appreciate the help. If anyone is curious the specific link with the message is http://moowrap.net/result.php?resultid=79660315 I'm still a bit confused as to why it came up, since the task seems to have otherwise completed without a hitch, but again, since it's at a different project I'm not expecting to receive help here.
