Well, two little Milestones for me: Reaching 60M on SETI and
breaking 100K RAC with one Rig with only two GTX590 (CPU idle). :)

Hope to reach 110K soon. :D

If, in this example, the 2nd wingman (the 3rd Result) has also a Lunatics App, do
i get credit, even the two Lunatics Results are equal and gets validated?


I wanted to know if there is a chance, that you dont't get credits for
your hard work, even with the Stock Client, only because two results
from 3rd Party Clients gets validated...

Thanks Claggy and Miep for your fast reply.

That means for me it's not really necessary to switch now. Actually i have no problems with my both
Cuda Rigs, neither with downclocking or anything else. Because my Graphic Cards are only Co-Processor
Cards here ;-) , there is no need for me to upgrade my Graphic Card Driver.

Ok, i have now a few Values more:

WUs GPU Load Mem Contr Load Mem Used WU Time 4 89% 43% 675 MB 880 Sec. 6 94% 43% 904 MB 1230 Sec. 8 95% 45% 1216 MB 1610 Sec.

A few values with overclocked GTX590 (i do 8 at a time)
normal values for Shader/Mem are 607/854:

Why do 8 tasks on the 590 instead of 9?



Hi,

i have tried 10 Workunits per GTX590 (5 per GPU) but the times were 30% higher (1930 sec. per WU).
Memory usage was 1490MB per GPU (GPU Load 99%, Mem Contr Load 55%) .

Is there any benefit to installing and running lunatics if a person decides not to run two WU’s per GPU?
....



The only other Advantage of the Lunatics GPU-App is that you produce less Results with the -12 Error. With
less Error you can donload often more Workunits because your DL Limit will reset to 100/Day in a larger way.

There is no considerable Speed improvement - imho.
