(Message 1992470)
Posted 3 May 2019 by IFRS Post: You'll need a cc_config.xml file with the <use_all_gpus> switch enabled. See my post in this thread for how to do so. Ty! That did the trick |

Posted 3 May 2019 by IFRS Post: I have the 1060 arrived and installed today, on and old system with a 1050 on it. Both cards are listed ok, but only the 1060, the one with monitor installed, is running. What I did wrong? I´m running windows 7/64 |

Posted 13 Jan 2012 by IFRS Post: I keep having this message even with zero GPU tasks and like 40 cpu tasks in a six core/five gpu machine for weeks now. They aren´t hidden anymore. Even then, my top rig is at #1 position right now, so i´m pretty sure that´s there is a problem, but it´s not with my machine, because I don´t own the most powerfull machine out there. So the big guns aren´t having work on the past days, obviously. Have to say that that machine it´s having work on the past 24 hours, without any change on my side too, and even building a cache, so something was fixed at that time. |

It just happens with my biggest rig, the others, smallers, get much much more work. Frustrating to say the least. BTW I guess this is the case with all top crunchers, they are all out of work and not getting any. |

Yes you can :D My mother smoke for 38 years and quit 10 years ago, and she is very well on these days. I´m pretty sure you have all the motivation you need around you, but here is some more. |

Posted 7 Aug 2011 by IFRS Post: I have a DirectCU Asus 570, another 570 from Zotac, and a ZT-50203-10M 570 from zotac, all in the same machine. I´m becoming a 570 fan, and I really can recommend the 50203-10M, because it´s cooler than the other models, overclock better, it´s shorter (nice for tight cases) and it´s even cheaper than the previous models. You won´t regret from this card. |

GeForce GTS 450 reviewed by Guru3D
(Message 1036976)
Posted 29 Sep 2010 by IFRS Post: So it seems the GTS 450 won´t do better than the GTS 250. You can probably run 2 units at time on this fermi gpu, but that too won´t help much. It may consume less power aswell. A small improvement over GTS 250, if the price is the same. |

Attempt to Rank Nvidia Cards based on crunching ability
(Message 1026335)
Posted 19 Aug 2010 by IFRS Post: I have some experience with some cards, and my average RAC with them, considering the period of like one year, are: 9600GT: 4/4.5k GTS 250: 7/8k GTX 260-core192: 11/12k GTX 260-core216: 13/14k GTX 460: ?? dunno yet, two are cooking atm GTX 295: 22/25k All of them are a bit overclocked, air cooled, nothing extreme. The performance, as a rule, is very proportional to the cost of the cards (not cnsidering energy of course, where some of them exceed). |
