Well, we have a dis-honerable mention for Julie with "Ok...now I'll type 'the best ways to spoil your cat'. Hope my boss will take the hint..." Clearly no cat would call a human "my boss". And another for Chris S with "Okay ...... back feet control the touch pad, front feet control the keyboard. Who needs a mouse!!!" All cats need mice to play with, just not for controlling the computer. And lastly one for Carlos with "No cute people videos?" There are obviously tons of videos on the web of people doing stupid things. Besides, why would a cat want to watch videos when their own humans do stupid things every day. By the way, I have 6 cats ... ahem ... so lets get to the winners... In second place is KWSN THE Holy Hand Grenade! with Gee, I didn't know my left rear could activate this... And our man (woman?) of the hour is N9JFE, who has played with one too many red laser pointers, with That little pointy thing on the screen is almost as bad as the red dot. When I sit still and watch it, it sits still too. But when I get up to leave, it starts moving around. |

Well, I'm late with the announcement, but better late than never. In third is 9JFE with Teddy Ruxpin, old and gray, in his wheelchair. In second is Michael Roberts with Caution: remove dog before folding chair. I think that it is envelope time. A number of cross-posting entries get a "Nice try". The best of which is N9JFE's "Kid: Yes! That drawing is exactly the nightmare I just had". And we wonder sometimes why kids just wake up screaming . . . But there were two stand-out entries between which I had a hard time choosing. Carlos, with "Nicola[ Tesla]'s great grandson", earns second place. And rob smith, with "I need MORE Espresso :-)" get the nod for the next poster. PM on the way. |
