Tis the season again! Kris did a first class stencil job, and I muddled through the carving process. We proudly present the Halloween 2013 version of Boo Kitty!
Happy Halloween, everyone!

Thank you, everyone, for all of the wonderful raccoon name suggestions. Five surviving kits is the biggest litter I've seen! At this point I cannot tell any of the babies apart, with the exception of one who has particularly light fur. Pilar waited a very long time to bring her litter by and chances are I will still be confused as to which raccoon is which when the babies are weaned.

I have therefore decided that the names most suitable for this litter are James Sotherden's entry: "Who, What, When, Where, and Why".

The light furred raccoon will be Who, because he's on first... er... uh... I mean he (she???) was identified first.

And of course, now I can pretend that Eric is calling raccoons for me when I head outside with grapes and Eric, with hands raised dramatically to the heavens, exclaims "Why???!!! Why???!!! Why???!!!"

Definitely great names! I'll reserve "Oliver Klosov" for the next litter.

These were my choices for the Royal Baby, but I didn't get a chance to send them. I respectfully submit Percival/Penelope Sweetwater, depending upon gender.

Fuzzy demonstrating the proper use of his TurboScratcher

Nice video, Scarecrow:) Is that your cat?

Fuzzy is my step-kitty, but we are more like brothers. He knows lots of games that we both love playing. A few games, like "climb the daddy", he enjoys a bit more than I do.... ;)

Have you any positions open there at home base? I think I could do well in that work environment.

(P.S. - I actually got 100% - a perfect score, with no points taken off at all. A passing score is 85 or higher, as long as the driver does not make any "automatic fail" errors. Under the comments section the examiner wrote "Very polite and cautious driver".)

Nicely done, Angela! Congratulations!

When I first saw Kris I noted that she looked very much like my 3rd wife. And having only been married twice at that point, it turns out I was quite correct. :)

Thanks everybody!!!

Here is the proper way to unwind after a long and tiring week.....

First, relax while watching Wheel of Fortune.

Then a little nap is recommended.

Finally, just kick back and let the stress melt away.
