As far as sueing the Government, remember:

Rex non potest peccare

The King can do no wrong. This legal max essentially means that you cannot sue the King, the Government. In the US you can only sue the government if they said you can. There are several laws that say you can. The Tort Claims act is the foundation of most law suits against the Governemnt, but there are several others.

But if you cannot find a law that says you can sue the government for failing to protect you from aliens, then you cannot.

Jurisdiction is another question. Then what about embassorial immunity. Or if you belive in conspiracy, treaty immunity?

Well he probably quit listening to music and watching videos too. Oh and photo editing puts a stain on your hard drive. The worst strain is a cold boot. So just leave the computer off althoghter and that hard drive will last another 10 years.
