The driver from AMD site won't work on my card at all. Different/unsupported Hardware ID or something like that.

The latest catalyst drives work fine. I'm surprised they don't suit your card. what model is it?

As I said, it's custom HP AMD Radeon HD 7450 DP http://h30094.www3.hp.com/product/sku/10402903

I have tried multiple versions of drivers from AMD site but they don't work. So I downloaded the newest from HP site. Currently they are at 12.1.

Will the new APP work with 12.1?

What APP runtime does it have? Does it even supply the APP runtime? What does GPUCapsViewer say? you want the link half way down the page where it says 'Zip archive (no installation required)'

A normal Cat 12.1 driver should have APP runtime 851.4

I have the same problem. However I'm running latest drivers from hp.com for my HP-custom AMD Radeon card. Any suggestions?

P.S. drivers from amd.com doesn't fit for my card.

As for IE, it uses system certificates. So you should ensure that you have the latest Update for Root Certificates from Microsoft installed. At the time of this writing the latest is http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=25249786-2b8e-4c51-8f4b-727ce25cc2c5
